Chris Barbo's fine craftsmanship represents a tradition of fine furniture making.
Both his father and uncle before him passed onto Chris a passion for the art they learned from a skilled Russian immigrant in the 1930's. That man brought his own family's craftsmanship to the United States and mentored the two Norwegian young men and a family tradition was reborn in the New World.
Since those days, Chris and Holly Barbo have taken up the tradition, matching Chris' aesthetic creativity with his finely-tuned technique to create Barbo Fine Furniture.
